Puzzled himself with a search for a service to conduct program development tasks. From wishes:

  1. task management
  2. nesting lists 4 or more
  3. tracking already completed tasks
  4. availability of service from multiple PC / smartphone devices
  5. free of charge (access to the service for the team is not required)

It seems only 5 pieces, but could not find. Somewhere there is no normal access from the phone (grantpro), and an idea may suddenly hit the head. Somewhere nested lists are realizable to 3 (almost everywhere), but you need to split up the tasks into smaller parts. Somewhere access to already executed tasks (WunderList) is organized. Somewhere in everything is not a task list, but a list of notes that cannot be marked "completed" (onenote, evernote)

At the moment I use WunderList, but if the project grows, then it becomes quickly uncomfortable to use it.

What do you advise? The good old method, write in a notebook with a pencil and carry it with you or just everything, always and always remember everything?

The question gives rise to endless debates and discussions based not on knowledge, but on opinions. To get an answer, rephrase your question so that it can be given an unambiguously correct answer, or delete the question altogether. • Старый добрый метод, писать в блакнотике корандашиком - well, yes, in the editor. - avp
  • It is for project management, I think, Wunderlist is best suited. A year or two ago I was looking for a task manager for everyday tasks. He himself finally stopped at RememberTheMilk - there are also multi-level lists in a paid subscription, but I didn’t like how they are implemented and again, it would seem inconvenient for you to access completed tasks. It all depends on you, what design and functionality you like. Another look ToDoist, Any.Do - Anthony_L
  • WunderList is not bad because it can be simple something quickly. But to see the implementation is already inconvenient. Set the importance (asterisk does not count), you can not filter them, all in 1 heap. As he said, it’s good until the moment when the tasks are few. - Opossum

Good old JIRA is a universal thing :) Of the many androclients, I like most JIRA Mobile Enterprise . And all this complex with Confluence + Gitlab.

  • Jira - good service, but paid. And for a team of me alone, earning 0 rubles on its software, this option is not the best. PS In search of stumbled upon a lot of services for large studios but they want money for such a toolkit. - Opossum
  • @Opossum, 1) in the question about free of charge there was not a word 2) $ 10 for self-hosted solutions for 10 users - very heavy money? Then you don't do that :) - PinkTux
  • I agree, about the price needed to be clarified. I study and came to the conclusion that even here management is needed, and the need for service is also needed. $ 10? As they say - why pay more? - Opossum

Anyone interested, found a free solution - Asana. Though not perfect, it satisfies my needs.
