The project decided to use the new font Myriad Pro. With a size of 11, everything is fine. With other sizes (smaller) letters "bitten". Is it possible to solve this problem and why is this happening?

  • If you are talking about a label artifact with the text "Path to DB", it is obvious that the label does not have enough height. The solution is simple - increase the height or set the autosize property to true . In my opinion, the problem may be exactly this. - BlackWitcher
  • If the answer was so simple, it would not ask. I will attach another screen to make it even clearer. - Alexander Puzanov
  • The screen would not hurt, of course, and even better - from the design mode (design-time). Components - stanadartnye? - BlackWitcher

@BlackWitcher if the font would cut the control, then the upper bound would be at the same level - user2455111

It seems (and most likely, although I don’t dare to say 100%), this is a font problem. Bugs with its rendering are observed not only in VS , but also in browsers, for example . Here it is . - BlackWitcher

I read that not all small fonts look beautiful. (This is short) Therefore, in order not to adjust and not to suffer - this is the official site https://fonts.google.com/ . You can see how a particular font behaves. No problem, you can download and install. In my version I chose Open Sans as an alternative.
