Tell me, please, use the imap_createmailbox () function to create a folder with Russian letters. I found an example where it says that it is necessary to encode the Cyrillic alphabet with the function imap_utf7_encode (), but it does not help - it creates horrible hieroglyphs. I am sure that there is a simple solution.
