Most likely you mean not the AppearanceButton, but the Windows UI Button Panel . If you use WindowsUIButtonPanel, then you can use the WindowsUIButtonPanel.ButonClick or WindowsUIButtonPanel.ButtonChecked events to handle the button presses .
