I install visual studio 2015 enterprise. And the "standard" error takes off, as I understand it:

Team Explorer for Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 Update 2 : В процессе установки произошла неисправимая ошибка. Microsoft NuGet - Visual Studio 2015 : Package failed. Microsoft Visual Studio Connected Services : Package failed. Azure AD Authentication Connected Service : Package failed. Microsoft Azure Mobile Services Connected Service : Package failed. Microsoft Azure Storage Connected Service : Package failed. Microsoft.VisualStudio.Office365 : Package failed. Microsoft ASP.NET and Web Tools 2015.1 (Beta8) - Visual Studio 2015 : Package failed.

There is a post on Habré in which everything seems to be so cool and clear: Investigating the installation error of Visual Studio 2015

It says that Microsoft Visual C ++ 2015 Redistributable (x86) is actually being put on the x64 version.

I look at what versions I have enter image description here

Then I look for the vcruntime140.dll file and as we can see the size is different everywhere .... But I don’t know how to check x64 or x86 because I don’t have a studio and, accordingly, the necessary tools. But judging by the size of the files of different sizes and bitness is also likely.

How do I fix this error? 'M skins here another lon file, more precisely the end of his

The image itself has long been downloaded? I do not presume to say, but I dare to suggest that the last image with the built-in update No. 3 has already been spared from this error. - BlackWitcher
  • @ CJ1 if you downloaded from there - then why do you have update 2 screenshots? - PashaPash
  • @PashaPash, I'll tell you more now. I have 7 different studio images. All mistakes, and such and others. I installed Windows 8.1 on a virtual machine, and tried to install there, and all the images on it have different errors. So now I just need a whole album to show these errors. I already used Procmon to trace that all errors are related to the registry branch HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Installer \ Products \ That is, I see from the logs that during the Windows error the installer cannot find any values like 7C9F8B73BF303523781852719CD9C700. - CJ1
  • @ Cj1 did you check sha1 images? maybe they are just broken? or you just have problems with the disk? or maybe a broken memory? those. if only you are falling, but everything is falling right away, then either you have a broken install or a broken iron. Locate the problem. - PashaPash
