PostgreSQL is available. I started the database backup process using pqAdmin4. As a result, for 2 weeks I have seen such windows in the lower right part (as in the first screenshot). I can not get rid of them.

    This is probably a pgAdmin bug. Here, the person faced a similar problem and claims that removing pgadmin.db from C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\pgAdmin helped, but would require re-entering passwords, etc.
