Problem:
System.IO.FileLoadException: Ionic.Zip, Version = 1.9.1.8, Culture = neutral, PublicKeyToken = edbe51ad942a3f5c 'or one of its dependencies. Access is denied.
Attempts to solve the problem:
- On the folder and on the dll granted the rights for Everyone and IIS AppPool\DefaultAppPool Full Control did not help
- Enabling Load User Profile did not help
- Turning on 32 битного режима did not help
- Running the pool under the NetworkService course solves the problem, but the desire to deal with the ApplicationPoolIdentity
