Permission denied (publickey)

It is necessary to correct the site, and I could not even log in to the server :)

I bring the usual command to the terminal:

ssh root@111.222.333.444 -p 12045

And in return I get:

Permission denied (publickey).

What then should be done? How many times before it was not authorized on other servers, everything was always normal.

if you were expecting login-password authentication, then it is most likely banned on the server, and is accessible only by the public key (at least for the root user).
@Etki that is, I can’t log in without a key that only a system administrator of that server can give me?
