When scanning some IP , I noticed that some have a “name”. For example, Google has 95-30-216-45.broadband.corbina.ru . What is this "name" and how to achieve it on your server?

 PING google.com (95.30.216.45) 56(84) bytes of data. 64 bytes from 95-30-216-45.broadband.corbina.ru (95.30.216.45): icmp_seq=1 ttl=5

This "name" (which is a domain) ping utility receives a separate request to the Reverse Lookup DNS services. These services allow you to find the domain name by IP-address (if it exists). And this is not necessarily the name of the site; DNS allows you to assign names to nodes regardless of their purpose.

The specified IP address belongs to Corbine Telecom. Judging by the fact that this address works for me, I can assume that Corbin is hosting a partner mirror of Google to provide quick access.

Perhaps you are a client of this carrier, and it automatically directs you to your own mirror.
