Gulp is a NodeJS plugin. Through it you do not install bootstrap.
You can install the Bower package manager and then install Bootstrap with the command:
$ bower i bootstrap To save the dependency, use the --save flag:
$ bower i bootstrap --save 
mix mix
2,487 1 golden mark 6 silver marks 18 bronze marks
