Hello! Previously, not particularly worked with GPS coordinates. Now there was a task to determine on the server whether the machine is with the user (the user sends the coordinates to the server) inside the Moscow Ring Road or he has already crossed it (in the external direction). Surely the problem is typical and there is some typical solution. I would be grateful for any tips. Thank!

If you can get points of the Moscow Ring Road polygon, you can use the application with Google Maps Point on Polygon . And if not, then Sublihim's advice is this.
