I do VK client in the form of a Telegram bot. Made a messaging in different directions, chats. It feels good. But the constant twitching of VK LongPoll clogs the channel wildly and often starts to get time out.
The essence of the question is: is it possible to somehow implement web hooks for VK (for example, as in Telegram: https://tlgrm.ru/docs/bots/api#setwebhook or are there any optimization options for LongPoll ? (Not necessarily VK LongPoll, surely there are universal methods ..)

    You can use an analogue of the Webhuk, called the Callback API , but only applies to community messages. For user messages only LongPoll. - neluzhin
