file -> other settings -> Next, a dialog box will appear in which you can configure all the necessary plug-ins for work. Most likely, the lack of a tick of the desired plug-in does not allow the idea of a maven to be taken apart.
You also need to set it up so that the idea knows where your installed maven is located:
file -> settings -> maven There you will need to configure where the installed maven lies.
