does not give any result and constantly displays pdfTeX warning (ext4): destination with the same identifier (name{section.1}) has been already used, duplicate ignored . Using other character sets instead of \@Asbuk works (although incorrect links are formed).

The document has an extarticle class.

Maybe there are some ready-made recipes? If not, please tell me what to do.

  1. You can change the numbering of sections / sections by overriding the \thesection :

     \renewcommand{\thesection}{\Asbuk{section}}
  2. You can change the title of a section / section, for example, using the titlesec package, using the \titleformat command included in it.

since you need to redefine application headers ( appendices ), respectively, both of these commands need to be inserted after the \appendix command.
