There is a site on wordpress (with the plugin woocomerce). I try to add an arbitrary field "WYSIWYG editor", it is tinyMCE (although the usual text field is also not displayed), in the product category, there will be an additional description of the product category under the goods themselves. The field is added through the Advanced Custom Fields plugin, the field name is "desc". The problem is that I can’t output any code to this arbitrary field in the file archive-product.php, here’s an example of the fields I tried to set:

Try this:

<?php the_field('desc', 'category_7'); ?>

7 is the category ID. If you have an arbitrary taxonomy, for example, products_cat, you need to do this:

<?php the_field('desc', 'products_cat_7'); ?>
