I use barryvdh / laravel-elfinder to upload files to the server.
It is necessary to add functionality that, when uploading files to the server, translated the Cyrillic alphabet into file and folder names.

You need to override the method that is responsible for copying / transferring or sending data about the file / file to subsequent processing, and use for example str_slug ()
