Typically, these CRMs for php are written on their * engine, that is, such crm as vtiger crm and sugarcrm have their own “engines”, but nothing prevents them from creating their own crm. That is, you can create your own CRM based on any other open source crm system. I recommend to pay attention to SugarCRM and VTigerCRM below the link. These open source CRM.
