Roughly speaking, it is necessary that the inscription "Hello World" was on the half-screen and on a 4 "smartphone and on a 10" tablet. Nothing smarter than the software definition of the screen and multiplication of all sizes by a factor can not come up.
- It would be possible to think up to read the official documentation on support of screens of different resolution for a start. Specifically for the font, you can use several qualifiers for dimens with a font size value in sp - pavlofff
- I read about qualifiers, but apparently inattentively - I did not understand the logic of their use. I correctly understood that for each group of sizes it is supposed to create your own layout? If so then this is unacceptable. - lmihael
- You read really bad, creating a new markup for screens of different sizes is almost never required. See this answer , there is a part about the dimensions.xml file of dimensions, only you will need to specify not the indent on the markup, but the font size for those screens for which the default value will not be suitable (through qualifiers suitable for such screens). - pavlofff
