    You use the standard Wordpress template twentysixteen, then you need to edit the CSS file in the directory wp-content / themes / twentysixteen / style.css. To determine exactly which file the styles come from (if there are other .css files), use the "browser console" (F12)

      In the settings there is a block "additional CSS".

      Or (even better) to make a child theme and edit anything.

      Edit the original files is not worth it. Moreover, the default themes - everything will be lost during the update.
