Set less globally. On Sublime Text 3 installed the Less and Less2css plugins. Everything compiles .less into .css, but the browser shows the old style, as if no changes had occurred. The link to the file is correct. Maybe I forgot what to install a plugin? The site itself is on wordpress.

- The configuration file or the file that contains your settings for less? So you can not guess what the problem is. Perhaps all the same you refer to the wrong css - alexoander

I understand what the problem is. When connecting a style using
wp_register_style( 'general_css', THEME_URL . '/css/general.css', array(), MY_THEME_VERSION, 'all'); MY_THEME_VERSION for MY_THEME_VERSION reason, only the old version of the file is loaded, and new changes in the file are not loaded. And when changing the version in the style.css file at the root of the theme, new styles start to work.
