Initially, the problem was solved using Word. I didn’t like it, because in order for everything to work like a clock (I don’t know if this is possible at all), you need to distribute a bunch of rights on the server, and don’t forget after some time when reinstalling or changing. The next option is to launch an external application to generate pdf. But it also turned out not to be all smooth. I think that someone has already encountered a similar task and came up with something interesting. Share the idea.

By standard means of the platform you form standard printing forms 1С and save to disk as pdf again by regular means. only one trouble - you will need to translate your Word template on 1C layouts. and "just who" will not be able to create a variety of templates for each sneeze, which can be considered as a plus - there will be less collective farm.
Create a user with Administrator rights (in 1C) On the server, launch from a shortcut or register in Sheduler: Start 1C with command line keys, where we specify: the database to which we connect, user1c (which was created), and his password, and processing that will start immediately after start. Processing forms the printing form and saves to disk. Experience is best to use Excel. Copy the Excel file template, open it with processing, fill it, close it.
