When testing on a PC in the browser the same problem, but it is solved by updating the page, while it is impossible to refresh the page from a real device. What could be the problem? Made, the small test application. Same nonsense. And on the phone with Android 4.2 - a white screen. On the phone with Android 6.0 - everything works fine. I do not understand the reason, although the application was built for a smartphone from version 4 and above ..
