The problem is that on some pages of my site the browser allows you to view the article in reading mode, but on some not.

    The answer is simple - observe the semantics in the HTML markup. I recommend reading about HTML5 tags. According to its standards, the main text on the page should be placed in the article tag. How this is implemented, you can see the example of my last work . The semantic markup is implemented there and the site is perfectly readable on a mobile Safari. On Windows did not check, but most likely there the principle of operation is identical.
