Hello everyone, I recently faced this situation. The web application uses font-family and three different types of fonts. For example, Arial,"Helvetica Neue",Helvetica,sans-serif are used on stackoverflow , but each of these fonts may exist separately.

The question is, why are there multiple fonts and how and for what is each of them used?
