When you click on the Open Server x64.exe , when you first start the program, the error appears instead of the red flag:

It is impossible to run multiple copies of the program at the same time. Delete extra copies of the program and try again!

I repent, several times with errors I installed the Open Server program.
From there, there, probably, these copies? But how to find and delete them?

Check all your disks for the OpenServer directory. If it is - just delete the folder. Then install on a new one. No more complicated actions like running an uninstaller or cleaning the registry is required. OpenServer is a portable complex, that is, it works in its container and cannot inherit from the operating system. Of course, other, more complex problems are possible than the old old folder. But they appear at the start of the server, not the software package. Those. in case of other problems, the error will be different, and a red flag will appear, but it will not switch to green.
