Instead of the Russian text, question marks are displayed. It is spelled "In the code there is php. When running on a local machine, everything is fine, and when you start from the server, Russian characters become question marks. What is the problem?

    Most likely you have a problem with the server encoding settings. Here in this topic a person gave a very detailed answer.
