I want to download the file this way:

I get the error:

No need to write any keys anywhere. The link archive is available anonymously and the answer 200 OK confirms this.

The user on whose behalf you invoke wget is not authorized to create a file in the directory from where you invoke the command. Therefore, the download starts successfully, but the result has nowhere to write.

    1. Check permissions in the current directory, check permissions on the file grafana-4.1.2-1486989747.linux-x64.tar.gz , if it exists
      ls -ld  grafana-4.1.2-1486989747.linux-x64.tar.gz
    1. Go to your home directory and download the file there.
      cd
