Hello. Is it possible to display a callout / signature at a point in OxyPlot? An example in the picture. Leaders are green squares attached to a point on the graph.

Yes you can. What you call a OxyPlot in OxyPlot is called Annotations (annotation)
Several types of annotations are available in OxyPlot, such as
ArrowAnnotation(as an arrow)PointAnnotation(as a point)TextAnnotation(plain text)RectangleAnnotation(in the form of a rectangle)
and many others, see the documentation or library source.
There is no such annotation as you have on the card (at least I did not find it).
If you need your own annotation, you can either combine existing ones or implement your own type inherited from the abstract base class for annotations with the appropriate name - Annotation
