The problem is that after the name of the file with the css theme, the BOM character is delivered. Looks like that:

localhost/wp-content/themes/MyTheme/css/skins/purple%EF%BB%BF.css

How to solve this problem?

Here is the screen of the browser debugger:

Please explain what it means after the file name with the theme. Is this an assembly system? or do you rename the file yourself? - spectre_it
  • in sublime there is a function save with encoding -> utf-8 without bom - Dmitry

@ Dmitry, this will most likely delete the symbol only at the beginning of the file .... something I doubt that it will be deleted everywhere .... - Alexey Shimansky

Who where adds something? Just take and erase the backspace, no? - andreymal
  • @ Alexey Shimansky, then I don’t really understand where this character comes from at all - Dmitry
