Why can't I open the Сhanges tab for a project in Intellij Idea ? For a project with a similar structure, this tab is visible, but for this project it is not. Project uploaded from SVN . What could be the reasons?

    Found a solution. After enabling version control integration:

    VCS -> Enable Version Control Integration

    Ghanges tab appeared.
