Good day, dear! They gave us a magical task in the magistracy. Develop, a database, the server part of which is stored on MS SQL Server, and the client in Access. The server part was developed by me with everything you need: triggers, stored procedures, records in tables, and so on. Then a problem arises .. In Access, when creating a connection to a database, you can trace the number of records, BUT the contents of each cell are replaced with a record # Deleted .. I can not figure out this problem, I ask for your help .. I attach the contents of a table located on the server, Table on the server (MS SQL Server) http://rgho.st/7VSHvmL5j/image.png and on the client Table on the client (Access) http://rgho.st/7FskQW5Cf/image.png I really hope for help with this issue. Thank you in advance!
- And client_ID you auto_increment? And what type is this column? - Daniel Protopopov
- Client_ID primary key, bigint, is filled automatically - Anastasia Ya.
- On the Internet, I found something that probably hinders bigint. Access doesn't have that much value. ( sql.ru/forum/658642/problema-pri-svyazyvanii-tablic-cherez-odbc ) - Daniel Protopopov
