Good afternoon. There are a couple of questions on Samba4 in the role of DC.
Samba4 (4.3.11) is installed and configured. If you specify DNS Samba on the client machine, the machine is entered into the domain and everything works, respectively, if you do not specify, we get the error: "Could not resolve the DNS name of the domain controller".
Samba uses its internal DNS. In the role of an external DNS is Mikrotik. The domain is registered in static DNS, but it does not save. If you use openwrt instead of mikrotik and register it in dnsmasq "address = / domen.loc / ip", then the machines will also get into the domain, even without specifying ip samba. How to overcome it?
And the second question is how to assign permissions for windows users in Samba4 (user / administrator)?
