The question is how to transfer and use this ready-made fragment to another activity. Or is there another way to do this.

    In short, no way. In spite of the fact that it is possible, the fragments did not reflect on the elements moving from activation to activation.

    You need to create a new instance of the same fragment in the new activation and initialize it with the same data as the fragment on the previous activation. Data is most often either transferred between activations via Intent using Parcelable objects or is stored somewhere centralized in such a way that both activations can get them relatively quickly.
