Is there any replacement for WebEngine? Because in my application there is a suspicion that it is the cause of the RAM leakage and I would like to replace it with something to check it.
- Do you have a suspicion or are you sure about that? I did not find any alternatives, because all arranged. - Andrew Bystrov
- @AndrewBystrov, now checked on a simple example and surely sure. if, as an example, to start it in an infinite loop with loading 1 page, then it will gradually eat up the RAM. I don't know if he keeps the cache or something else and how to clear it without any idea at all - mckay
- 3@mckay It turns out this is a bug in javaFX, a bunch of similar questions: stackoverflow.com/questions/36266013/… The bug is described on the oracle page bugs.java.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=JDK-8159594 I will fix it in jdk9 I think worth trying jdk9.java.net/download - alexandr gaiduchok
- @alexandrgaiduchok thanks - mckay
- @mckay is always happy to help, please write down how the result will be - alexandr gaiduchok
