I want to automate the replenishment of the phoneme dictionary.
Briefly: there is a base of Russian words and a speech recognition program that understands the phonemes of these words. Example of manual filling: ether e ff ii r , jiz yy k language (C # program).
Or, maybe, it is better to make a separate application that works with a dictionary already in Java? I am asking for help. Thank!
