Goodnight. I import the catalog of goods from the csv file into the trading catalog. Import is successful, but all products are not available for purchase. I do import according to documentation, the version of the Bitrix commercial.

  • Check that the rest is loaded into csv. Verify that this field is marked as CATALOG_QUANTITY in the import settings. Check for each type of price you download, and currency is also loaded. It is possible that you have “default” in the settings of the trading catalog to keep a quantitative account, in this case, when unloading goods without specifying the quantity, they will automatically be unavailable, since quantity of goods is 0 and records are kept, therefore the goods are not available for purchase .. .
