In fact, there is a group of users "managers"; they create their own elements in the information block; in order to go into the profile, the elements of other managers are automatically filtered, and the ones that he created remain.     Is it necessary to do it in the admin? If yes, then, in fact, they need to close access to standard pages with a list of elements and sections of information security in the admin panel. And create similar pages where you add a restriction to the filter by CREATED_USER_ID or CREATED_BY.
