Tochscreen ( E17SAW6 ) is connected to raspberry via USB, after calibration (xinput_calibrator) it worked correctly, but after I updated my raspbian:

apt-get upgrade apt-get dist-upgrade

It ignores calibration, although it remains as it was ( /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/99-calibration.conf ), the sensor works as originally, before calibration (in the upper right corner, 500x500 pixels, as if small screen).
There are no errors in the Xorg log. Please tell me what could be wrong?

The problem is that Xorg creates a file 40-libinput.conf, which overrides devices with other drivers (Driver "libinput"), and calibration (in my case) works only with evdev (Driver "evdev"), the settings for evdev are in 10-evdev.conf, that is, you need to remove 40-libinput.conf from /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/ and make sure that 10-evdev.conf is present
