Transferred the site to another hosting, copied the database, the site itself, everything is as it should be. The admin works fine, but when entering the main page it says "404 - component not found", I don’t even know what to do, tell me.

Everything, solved the problem, it's all because of the hosting operating system, with windows not .htacces , but IIS .

Did you change the domain? Just in Jooml'e, the domain is recorded during installation, which is then used as a variable. Review your configuration in Joomla.
