1) Adding cmd to the context menu (original article )
Press the Win + R keys and enter
regeditto start the registry editor.Go to the registry key
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directrory\shell\cmd, right-click on the partition name and select the menu item«Разрешения».
- In the next window, click the Advanced button.
- Click Edit next to
«Владелец».
- Enter the name of your user in the field
