1) Adding cmd to the context menu (original article )

  1. Press the Win + R keys and enter regedit to start the registry editor.

  2. Go to the registry key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directrory\shell\cmd , right-click on the partition name and select the menu item «Разрешения» .
