I bitrix trying to upload an image to the site, but bitrix says that a temporary directory for uploading is not created.
in phpinfo it shows that the temporary directory /tmp/php_upload/www checked on the hosting, the folder exists.
What could be the problem ? The admin password was forgotten, I reset it by running the script on the server, could it reset any settings?
Googling so far nothing helps, gave the rights to folders, there seems to be a directory, how to be?
