Hardware is not compatible with Linux. To boot you need to try the options noapic and acpi = off, as well as the nomodeset.
Most of these problems are solved by themselves during the installation and the new system will boot without problems.
Some problems are solved by installing drivers and firmware. For example, a graphics card on an AMD A4-6400 processor runs normally only on fglrx drivers, which are installed separately. Temporarily running will help edit the boot line. Select the item in the bootloader and press E , instead of the word quiet, add the desired parameter and press F10 .
Sometimes there is no solution at the moment and these parameters will have to be left in the bootloader. To do this, edit the variable GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT= in /etc/default/grub on the installed system.
