So, if you know the names of the fonts, then you need to see how they should be written in css . Then we look for the usual search to see if they are in the css-файлах . If not used - delete. But that's not all, maybe the fonts are written in css , but the described selectors are not used anywhere on the site. You can check this with utilities, for example https://github.com/peterbe/mincss , or special sites, for example https://unused-css.com/ .

There is another option to climb the site and see how many fonts are used. Select the main, and the rest to demolish without looking :)
