Good day. On a laptop stands the only Linux operating system Ubuntu. I decided to remove it and install Windows. That is the question. How to remove Linux correctly? I looked for solutions on the Internet, where they write that you first need to format disks in the ntfs format, where they say that you can immediately insert a bootable USB flash drive and when choosing the installation location just delete partitions. How will be more correct?

I recommend not to get acquainted with this article, but simply format the disks during the installation of Windows on the appropriate item.
