When I try to get circlesByCount for circlesByCount , it doesn’t always work for me. For example, requests to Gina Trapani and Leo Laporte do not allow to get their number of subscribers, and requests to Kevin Rose and Matt Cutts give. At the same time they have all on the pages you can see the number of subscribers. Why it happens? What settings need to be set for such a result / to prevent such a result?

In the Google+ settings, there is a switch in Настройки -> Профиль -> [Показывать тех, кто добавил меня в круги] . For those people whose circlesByCount not displayed when an API is requested, this switch is inactive.
