There was a problem on the WordPress 4.7.5 site, and the site also has a WooCommerce 2.6.13 component.

3-10 people visit the site per day, but a periodic error of 500 occurs. Updating the page - everything works. Hosting support indicates such an error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 19385761 bytes) in public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1173

And he writes the following:

This error indicates that there is not enough RAM available in your tariff plan to execute the script. 128M per script is allocated on your current tariff plan.

I don’t understand why the RAM is being consumed at almost zero attendance. No viruses or support were found on the site.

Tell me, please, what could be the matter? Has anyone come across?

    look at the logs on which pages an error occurs. MB to a specific address, and dig from it. - teran

Try to disable all plugins except WooCommerce. Enable Storefront Theme. Update all to latest versions. Get a clean system. Which should work adequately. If ok, then somewhere bad component - to calculate and clean.
