Which applications from the Android Market do you consider exemplary in terms of UI and / or following the Android User Interface Guidelines ? And which of these rules do you consider optional?

    1 answer 1

All that is written in the guides is necessary, because it takes into account the best usability practices, but agrees that sometimes you can move away from them. For example, the customer wants the tabs to be at the bottom, as users are accustomed to in ios and do not dispute it. But we must try to get rid of it, no matter how hard it is. After all, users get used to what is described, what is convenient for them.

    As for applications:

    1. Winamp
    2. standard applications (notes, gmail)
    3. Tunein
    4. Foursquare
    5. MoboPlayer (although the colors are not so hot)

I see no sense in listing all applications.
