Then I tried a few more hosting sites, but there through ftp. Loaded, like all the rules. How to run? How to install MySQL? Unclear. Now took up the Google Cloud. But I can't figure it out either. You need to write on .Net Core. Here is a manual from creation about deployment on App Engine. Shorter manual . Otherwise buy VDS.

MySQL is paid on Google Cloud, the price tag is https://cloud.google.com/sql/pricing There is of course a trial for a year with 300 USD https://console.cloud.google.com/freetrial?pli=1&page=0 , so same as in AWS and MS Azure.
