I want to upload all settings, snippets from PhpStorm to Intellij, but I can't find the settings.jar file. It is not in the directory where Intellij offers to go by default. Where do you have them?

    Nowhere. There is no such file in the delivery. It is created by calling File | Export Settings. If you have never exported settings before, you most likely do not have such a file - lena

There is no such file in the delivery. It is created by calling File | Export Settings File | Export Settings . If you have never exported settings before, you most likely do not have such a file. Try calling File | Export Settings in PHPStorm. File | Export Settings , and then in IDEA import the created file through File | Import Settings File | Import Settings
