    There are no problems at all.

    You generate certificates at https://www.cloudflare.com/a/crypto/your- site (click on Crypto to go there). Next in the "Origin Certificates" line, click the "Create Certificate" button. Get a free certificate for the main domain and all subdomains - in the form of two files: .pem and .key.

    Then these certificates should be placed on your server nginx and apache according to the instructions at the very bottom of the same page where you will copy the text .pem and .key
